Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the school board’s Commitment To Success Plan and set targets and priorities for business services
- Promote training and coaching services offered to businesses
- Increase our presence and visibility on our 3 territories (Laval, Laurentides and Lanaudière)
- Participate in the selection, supervision and evaluation of employees
- Supervise and support team members in developing their expertise and train them as needed
- Recruit the trainers and content experts required to carry out our training mandates
- Implement rules and processes for our department
- Develop strategic partnerships with local stakeholders
- Establish an action plan annually to ensure the growth of our service

Evie Karoubalis | Training consultant
Responsibilities :
- Main person responsible for dossiers pertaining to francization in the workplace and basic skills training
- Conduct a needs analysis to identify the areas of skill development for employees and managers
- Research and recommend the fileds of expertise required and prepare service proposals accordingly
- Manage training projects and respect the associated deadlines
- Coordinate the involvement of different stakeholders
- Recruit the trainers and content experts required to carry out our training mandates
- Ensure regular follow-ups and quality control

Marie-Andrée Poudrette | Training consultant
Responsibilities :
- Main person responsible for training offers relating to the development of linguistic, digital, relational and management skills
- Conduct a needs analysis to identify the areas of skill development for employees and managers

Responsibilities :
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to our business clients
- Receive requests for information from companies and delegate them to the appropriate contact person
- Ensure the preparation of training courses and send the necessary documents
- Transmit convocations to participants and trainers
- Send all supporting documents to clients at the end of training courses
- Prepare invoices for clients
- Process requests for office and material supplies
- Carry out various follow-ups with trainers and clients
