Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the school board’s Commitment To Success Plan and set targets and priorities for business services
  • Promote training and coaching services offered to businesses
  • Increase our presence and visibility on our 3 territories (Laval, Laurentides and Lanaudière)
  • Participate in the selection, supervision and evaluation of employees
  • Supervise and support team members in developing their expertise and train them as needed
  • Recruit the trainers and content experts required to carry out our training mandates
  • Implement rules and processes for our department
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local stakeholders
  • Establish an action plan annually to ensure the growth of our service

Evie Karoubalis | Training consultant

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the lead advisor for the development and positioning of training offerings focused on francization and basic skills (literacy, numeracy, digital skills)
  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses with client organizations to identify workforce and leadership development priorities
  • Identify required areas of expertise, source appropriate solutions, and develop tailored service proposals aligned with client objectives
  • Plan, manage, and deliver training projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes
  • Coordinate and mobilize internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery
  • Source, select, and onboard trainers and subject matter experts based on project needs and quality standards
  • Ensure ongoing follow-ups with clients and trainers, and implement quality assurance measures to continuously improve service delivery

Stacey St-Jacques | Secretary

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and coordinate training logistics
  • Prepare and send invitations to participants and trainers
  • Monitor attendance confirmations and manage cancellations, rescheduling, and substitutions
  • Prepare training materials and documentation for trainers
  • Collect, validate, and archive post-training documentation (attendance sheets, evaluations, certificates, satisfaction surveys)
  • Process trainer and vendor invoices in accordance with established administrative and budgetary procedures
  • Provide administrative support to training consultants and the coordinator
  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure professional customer service for business clients
  • Maintain and update databases, tracking tools, and internal management systems
