QUALIFICACTION is the Business Training Services department of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board. We provide corporate training services across Laval, Laurentides, and Lanaudière. The Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board is the third largest English school board in Quebec. Its territory extends over three administrative regions and has an area of more than 35,000 square kilometers. More than 14,000 students attend its 27 elementary schools, 9 secondary schools and 4 general adult education and vocational training centers.
OUR APPROACH
For us, the starting point of a conversation with our clients is actively listening to the realities and challenges they are currently facing. We ensure that we match the right training expert with the specific needs of the company, as establishing a proper fit is crucial for us.
For training and coaching sessions aimed at developing soft skills, we offer a complimentary needs analysis meeting. This allows our clients to clarify their context and expectations, engage with our training or coaching expert, and begin to establish trust. Based on the information gathered, we prepare a personalized service proposal.
