How to Apply

1. Needs Assessment

We assess your organization’s needs, objectives, and the employees who will participate in the training.

2. Training Planning

We develop a training schedule and delivery format tailored to your organization’s operational needs.

Program Highlights

  • A minimum of 4 hours of training per week is required (2 sessions of 2 hours).
  • Courses are offered in 10-week sessions for a total of 40 hours of instruction. Employees may be registered for up to three consecutive sessions (120 hours total).
  • Participants must comply with the participation guidelines for online learning (virtual classroom etiquette).
  • Courses are available online, in person, or in a hybrid format, depending on instructor availability.

3. Application Preparation

We guide you through the required documentation and assist you throughout the application process.

4. Training Begins

Employees attend classes during their paid working hours.

5. Progress Monitoring

You receive updates on attendance and your employees’ learning progress throughout the training.
