Needs Assessment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We assess your organization&#8217;s needs, objectives, and the employees who will participate in the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Training Planning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We develop a training schedule and delivery format tailored to your organization&#8217;s operational needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of <strong>4 hours of training per week<\/strong> is required (2 sessions of 2 hours).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courses are offered in <strong>10-week sessions<\/strong> for a total of <strong>40 hours<\/strong> of instruction. Employees may be registered for up to <strong>three consecutive sessions<\/strong> (120 hours total).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must comply with the participation guidelines for online learning (virtual classroom etiquette).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courses are available <strong>online, in person, or in a hybrid format<\/strong>, depending on instructor availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
